Can I pay by money orders?
Money orders are currently not available.

Shipping Info

How much is the shipping cost and where do you ship?
Shipping to anywhere in the world is only $9.99 and we do not charge any handling fees.

How long does it take to receive my golf covers?
All orders are processed and sent out within 2 business days of us receiving them and it takes 5-10 business days for the product to arrive. Once the shipment is out from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number in 1-2 business days.

I provided a wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Inform us immediately if there is a mistake so that we could rectify it before shipment. (Always check your shipping address after placing the order)

Returns Policy

How can I cancel my order?
Please inform us that you want your item canceled by emailing us within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee.

Can I cancel my order after it's already shipped?
If an order has been shipped out it cannot be canceled.

Can I refuse delivery on my item(s)?
We strongly discourage you from doing this. Because if you refuse delivery on your item(s), you will not be refunded shipping charges, inclusive of the return shipping cost.

What should I do if the product I receive is wrong/ damaged?
Just send it back to us and we'll send you a new replacement immediately.

I refused delivery on an item. Am I responsible for any fees?
You will be responsible for the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
